The opportunity

We are reshaping our talent acquisition team and seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in this next exciting phase of our journey. With Talent & Culture as one of QBE’s 4 strategic pillars, this is your chance to be part of something special – a newly created team seeking to implement best in class recruitment and selection initiatives. We are flexible on location for this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work alongside our hiring managers and other key stakeholders to provide talent acquisition support and advice. This will involve:

• Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers including conducting job briefs, setting search strategy, sourcing, screening, recommending candidates for interview and effective offer management
• Proactively identifying internal and external candidates to meet QBE’s talent needs
• Ensuring a personalised, positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders, whilst contributing to a strong employee value proposition
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate

With proven recruitment experience, you will have a passion for delivering a personalised and quality service by developing and maintaining positive working relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Together with a can-do attitude, you will have:
