The opportunity
As QBE continues to build its global Executive Selection recruitment service offering, we have an opportunity to join the team for a six month fixed term (available through until 30th June 2023) supporting senior and executive recruitment processes in the region and providing strategic sourcing services to the broader TA team.
Reporting to the Executive Recruitment Manager for the Home Market, the Talent Acquisition Partner (Executive) is a key new role that will get involved in all aspects of the function; supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a personalised, positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
In addition, you will undertake strategic sourcing for the AUSPAC Talent Acquisition Team, assisting in the development of candidate pipelines for various disciplines – including sourcing and market research. Training in executive recruitment, research techniques and market mapping will be provided.
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to senior recruitment and stakeholders across our global business, while developing your strategic sourcing and mapping skills.
Key accountabilities include:

Partnering with the Executive Selection team on end-to-end talent acquisition processes including sourcing, candidate management, stakeholder liaison, screening, scheduling, and reporting

Proactively identifying internal and external candidates to meet QBE’s talent needs

Ensuring a great experience for all candidates and stakeholders, whilst contributing to a strong employee value proposition

Compile and edit market insights and mapping reports

Contribute to various process improvement projects in the Executive Selection function

Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate
Your story so far
With 2+ years proven recruitment or research experience, you will have a passion for providing exceptional service, an aptitude for quickly learning new subjects, and an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
