To assist in the development of QBE’s Internal Talent Acquisition offering. In this role you will be responsible for developing attraction strategies to attract the best talent. Implement talent acquisition strategy to support assigned Talent Acquisition Business Partner needs and meet organisational business objectives. Provide talent acquisition support throughout full life-cycle recruitment process, including the proactive identification of internal and external candidates to meet the organisation’s talent needs.

We are an experienced, collaborative in-house team who recruit across QBE European Operations, recently named “Employer of the Year” at the Insurance Insider Honours. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting, newly created role for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to cover the full recruitment lifecycle.
Whilst developing attraction strategies and sourcing the best talent, you will be working within a supportive environment where your opinion is truly valued and trusted. Your new role
-
Creation of talent pools through a variety of methods including but not limited to LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events

Assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through effective issue escalation and recommendations

Partner with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs for their teams.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers including conducting job briefs, setting search strategy, sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates

Support Marketing and Inclusion of Diversity projects to build our brand and talent communities

Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding, including the effective management of offer process including salary negotiations

Support all Inclusion and Diversity initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of our communities in which we operate

Support project activities as required
Your story so far
-
Previous 360 recruiting experience gained in an agency and/or in-house
-
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
-
Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches and headhunting

Ability to provide personalised and quality service
-
Demonstrating a commercial mindset, you will have experience in delivering a diverse talent pipeline

An awareness of the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
-
Exceptional attention to detail, service orientation, and responsiveness to candidate and stakeholder needs.

A proven track record identifying and engaging passive talent in the market with convincing outreach messages.

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
