The Opportunity

This opportunity is accountable for partnering in the design and the implementation of the organizational development and culture plan for North America. Identify, develop, and partner with stakeholders to implement initiatives focused on embedding the QBE purpose and target state culture. Support on executive talent management and development activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organizational Development
• Contribute to the design, implementation, coordination, and delivery of the North America culture roadmap
• Analyze data to identify issues and inform decision making
• Develop insights into actionable and impactful recommendations
• Lead on the approach for stakeholder engagement demonstrating strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Work in collaboration with the global communities of practice on alignment for the delivery of global culture priorities
• Source, evaluate and design development solutions that respond to business needs and are effectively designed within agreed methodologies and quality control standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational development initiatives
• Talent Management
• Support the local planning and execution of global talent identification processes at the executive level
• Execute on the delivery of data, ing and insights for executive talent management
• Provide development solutions through knowledge of development trends, methodology and practices
• Enhance the employee experience by creating engaging and accessible development solutions
• Monitor and assess the impact of initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support the embedding of a high performance, growth mindset culture through talent programs and activities

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience

• 6 years relevant experience

Preferred Competencies/Skills

• Consulting skills including scoping, framing, diagnosing, and designing solutions
• Program design and planning
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key business, people, and cultural levers
• Ability to manage and interpret data and draw out actionable insights

Preferred Experience

• Scoped, designed, and delivered culture initiatives within a changing environment
• Proven ability to work across a broad portfolio of talent and development related activities
• Demonstrated business partnering/internal consulting
• Talent management and talent development

Preferred Licenses/Certifications

• Accredited psychometrics assessments, such as Hogan Assessments

Preferred Knowledge

• Workshop and focus groups design methodology to gather qualitative data
• Current trends and development on the future of work with an emphasis on culture
• Trends and best practice in talent development

Compensation

Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs

Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $146,000
