Qatalyst Research Group Inc is Looking For Research Assistant at Remote Full Time

Position Summary:

Qatalyst Research Group is looking for an ambitious and reliable Research Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the research department. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a flexible and dynamic work environment. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Posting programming and testing surveys online, managing survey responses including sending email survey invitations, following up via email reminder or phone
• Scheduling interviews via email or other communication tools
• Coordinate internally and externally on various activities
• Note taking during meetings or focus groups
• Searching for documents or literature online or through other channels
• Assist in various research activities such as building a population lists for surveys and interviews, filling in missing contact information, and other tasks as needed
• Formatting tables and s and documents as per Qatalyst formatting guide
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Post secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills
• 2-3 years previous Administration/Research experience
