As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist , you will support the ongoing management of one-off and volume recruitment activity and support more senior team members in the attraction and screening of qualified candidates (both internal and external) for specific positions. This may include attending job brief meetings and assessment centres, assisting in creating job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates (including conducting initial phone interviews) using a variety of tools and methods before delivering suitable options to the Recruiter/Specialist for further assessment.
In this primarily candidate facing role, you will ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout all interactions, regardless of their outcome, reinforcing our employment brand. You will also be required to handle administrative components across the Group TA Team and support specialist recruitment activity including arranging interviews and assisting with invoice processing as required.
We’re looking for strong recruitment administrators who are motivated and ready to take on new challenges and are seeking an opportunity where they can build a strong foundation for their career. Successful applicants will work across a number of business areas and will be offered a structured approach where you will rotate between various teams and portfolios within Talent Acquisition to receive a well-balanced approach to continuous learning. Your rotation will include 6 months in each team and by the end of your second year you will have gained experience in all areas including Corporate, Digital, Operational, Pilots and high volume/campaign recruitment.

You’ll have :
Demonstrated high level of organisational capability
Understanding of recruitment processes and ideally experience in usage of Recruitment Technology or the desire to learn
Experience working in a service delivery environment where SLAs are part of daily activity
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrated service ethic and ability to work without direct supervision
Demonstrated computer proficiency
Proven ability to manage competing demands in fast paced, complex environment
Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills
A flexible and positive approach
