The Finance Business Partner will partner with the business and provide effective planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects within the Customer business unit (BU), effectively support and challenge appropriate structures, initiatives and processes that are in place to meet the BU requirements/targets. With a commercial leadership focus this role will ensure the appropriate structures, initiatives and processes are in place to meet the BU requirements/targets. The Finance Business Partner will assist relevant BU Executive Manager and FBP Lead in opportunity development and prioritisation processes within the BU and will also have influence over the BU strategy. This role will also support and advise the business and Head of Finance in the areas of Stewardship & Risk Management including stakeholder management, compliance policy & group management, and continuous improvement of the central finance function.

You’ll have:

• 5-8 years relevant experience
• Professional accounting qualifications; CA/CPA or equivalent
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Ability to demonstrate resilience and work in highly fluid environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear financial analysis and advice to management
• Exposure to forecasting and budgeting process
• Process improvement focus with an ability to adapt and commit to continuous improvement activities
• Commercial orientation with an ability to manage customer expectations
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated self-starter and able to work under time pressure with limited supervision
• Own and develop relationships in the business
• Develop networks outside the Finance Community and outside own Business Unit
