QA media Services Private limited Hiring for Instructional Designer (K-12) Job at Remote Full Time

QBS is currently looking for instructional design resources with the following qualifications:

The e-learning instructional designer is to design and develops end-user learning modules, courses, and curricula that feature learning technologies.

Uses authoring and graphic design software to develop online learning, video-based training, mobile learning, distance learning, simulations, and virtual classroom solutions.

• Use Storyline 360 to update or design interactive self-study modules. It will include designing the learning, writing the transcript, and recording the audio (triggers, states, working with slide layers, etc.)
• Edit audio using tools such as Audacity
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with graphic and video design technologies, including SnagIt and Camtasia
• Demonstrated knowledge of audio and digital video production and post-production (recording audio and/or working with a narrator to record audio and experience with voice-over talent)
• Demonstrated knowledge of learning management systems such as Docebo to upload and test course content
• Demonstrated understanding of learning science, multimedia, and instructional design methodologies and principles
• Demonstrated experience with developing job aids and training materials
• Demonstrated knowledge of SCORM and Section 508 compliance
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent writing and verbal skills
• Participate in multiple e-learning module reviews (internal and external)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities (hitting different development/review milestones).
