Q Link Wireless Hiring for Email Marketing Coordinator Full Time

Q Link Wireless is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator , email marketing will support the expansion, advancement, and modernization of current and net-new campaigns across many customer types and journeys.

The Email Marketing Cooridnator will play an important role in growing Q Link Wireless’ relationship with new and existing customers. You will develop and maintain the overarching email marketing strategy across many strategic customer centric email campaigns. Campaigns will be focused on driving new sales, brand affinity and customer retention to enhance the customer experience, and many others. Development of these campaigns will be done with the support of a broader marketing team working directly with the CMO and Brand Managers.

The Email Marketing Cooridnator will be accountable to developing high quality email campaigns while being obsessed with precision in execution. Ensuring all campaign, partner, and compliance related requirements are met. While also ensuring the customer experience is fully aligned with their journey across all channels.

This is a full-time corporate position for an individual that is seeking a long-term commitment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops, Implements and Manages overarching email campaign strategy, maintaining best practices, brand voice, and customer experience from end to end.
• Manages execution of the campaign strategy including but not limited experience, content/copywriting, audience selection, testing, tagging and deployment of recurring, life cycle, triggered, dedicated and other customer centric email campaign requirements.
• Acts as a mentor and leader in email marketing, delivering best practices and guidance to team to ensure high quality execution of campaigns.
• Manage campaign experience for all prospective efforts using Marketing Automation best practices by creating automated campaigns, audience segmentation, and other processes to deliver class leading customer journeys. Specifically with the goal of aligning email with other supporting campaign efforts.
• Campaign Performance Monitoring continually monitors email performance trends and performance to advocate best practices within all internal and external email communications. Makes recommendations for changes or action to current or new campaigns through this continued research.
• Coordinates with the broader Digital Marketing Team to continue enhancing performance through the implementation of appropriate A/B tests and email and campaign changes supporting new customer acquisition.
• Email Testing and Validation, uses past experience and judgement to make adjustments to emails to correct errors or ensure best customer experience while testing emails. Utilizes advanced tools to ensure consistency across all email platforms that communications render accurately and without errors.
• Brand Consistency, ensures all email campaigns maintain consistency with brand guidelines and imitative goals by providing recommendations and/or makes suggestions to stakeholders during email development.
• Collaborative Partner, partners with internal teams for campaign implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Website Development, Business or similar/relevant discipline from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on Email Marketing with at least 5 years’ experience
• Has an understanding, and previous experience working with and developing email marketing campaigns across a variety of audiences. This includes development of emails, testing, implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns through use of best practices and industry standards.
• Understanding of the core concepts behind email marketing and experience working with a graphical email editor or coding editor are necessary.
• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure detailed testing and regular analysis is performed to ensure we deliver best in class customer experiences through email.
• Previous experience managing and developing a team desired.
• Development and HTML specific skills are necessary, full understanding of the developmental factors that are critical to a successful email, basic knowledge of CSS, and email coding
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work with various teams throughout the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in communication and marketing

Certificates and Licenses:

• Email Marketing Certifications are preferred, but not required
