Are you a proactive, enthusiastic and passionate marketing, communications and branding specialist who would actively like to contribute to the growth of the Australian arm of a global consulting business? Then, this is the role for you! The Marketing, Communication & Brand Lead at Q5 Partners Australia is a newly created role that will help drive the business forward. Working for a small Australian team with a global marketing team to support you, you will have the opportunity to create, drive and embed the strategy into the daily operations of a high performing team. Your efforts will recognised both locally and globally by an increase in brand awareness and commercial footprint of the Australian business.

Requirements

Key Tasks

Communications and PR

• Grow our media presence by finding and managing appearances in reputable TV and print (newspaper, journals, industry news) channels
• Copy-write articles, posts, blogs, profiles, and marketing collateral
• Develop content i.e. blogs, white papers, news articles for LinkedIn, media channels, corporate membership websites and publications
• Write quarterly e-newsletter and coordinate distribution with global team

Design

• adding the design ‘wow’ factor to presentations, proposals, events invitations and workshop collateral

Brand Awareness

• managing & growing the Q5 brand across various social media platforms
• developing content i.e. blogs, white papers, news articles for LinkedIn, media channels, membership websites

Events & Campaigns

• planning, coordinating, executing, managing and follow up for Q5 Australia’s yearly events and campaigns

Liaising with global marketing team

• weekly correspondence with our UK, US and Middle Eastern marketing colleagues ensuring Australia is represented in the global newsletters, website, internal campaigns

Memberships

• searching for suitable membership options to support the marketing strategy
• ensuring content for conferences, membership website is relevant and on point

Skills & Capabilities

• 5 – 8 years relevant experience
• A knack for interpreting market needs and connecting Q5 offerings with what’s going in in the world
• Excellent written communication specialising in market facing communications
• A flair for design skills for visually impactful materials
• A proactive approach to work
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Better attention to detail than most people
• Intermediate PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills and advanced design program skills such as Canva, Visme, Adobe Illustrator
• Previous experiences liaising with a global team across multiple time zones an advantage.
