Pay Range : $50 – $52 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution :
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns in social media, email marketing, recruiter tools and resources, and SEO.
• Analyze performance metrics and s to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future actions and strategies.
• Project Management :
• Oversee digital marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the agency of record and content creators, to ensure that project goals are met.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Evaluate current digital marketing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Content Management :
• Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely publication across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Key Skills; Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, email marketing, social media
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, project management, and content management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Client Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional copyediting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Certification in digital marketing or project management.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
