Pyramid Consulting Group Hiring for Selling Specialists at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Full Time

Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking temporary Selling Specialists to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills and at least 2+ years of retail or sales experience with an entrepreneurial spirit. Applicants should have open availability to work, including weekends with light restrictions.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist customers in all aspects of service, develop new business goals through client development and suggestive selling
• Provide elevated levels of customer service to all clientele
• Work directly with supervisors to achieve established business goals through client development
• Greet customers and acting as an ambassador for the brand
• Reach various sales goals by gaining knowledge of customers’ needs and finding merchandise which they would be likely to purchase

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales, luxury preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• An entrepreneurial spirit to exceed sales goals as set by supervisor
• Ability to to stand for the duration of your shift
