The College is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join the Human Resources Team on a part-time, 12 month contract basis (with the potential to convert to a permanent role).
You will support the Talent Acquisition Advisor and Human Resources team in a variety of tasks, including logistics and documentation to support the end-to-end recruitment process and being the first point of contact for the College to our prospective employees. Our aim is to ensure that every candidate has a great experience through the recruitment process, no matter the outcome. You will be the go-to person to support day to day administration for the Human Resources team, including our new Welcome Program, employee contracts and assisting line managers through the hiring process. This role is busy and varied, in a tight knit and supportive team. The salary for this position is $ 68 800 per annum (FTE).
