Working in our People and Culture Transformation team you will be delivering a number of projects with a focus on Talent Acquisition transformation. The role is crucial to the success of our Phenom People Implementation (CRM and Employee Experience).

As a Manager, you will be working as part of our Transformation team driving impact and success in:

• Working with the Director of People and Culture Transformation to lead talent acquisition transformation
• The design and delivery of a CRM and Employee Experience platform
• Talent Acquisition process design and optimisation
• Helping to identify the need for change and helping to execute it
• Partnering with our business led teams to ensure that are supported in the delivery of Talent Acquisition transformation
• Working with our global people technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of new systems/technology

About you

You are an autonomous worker with a passion for delivering new technology and embedding it, identifying opportunities and driving change and are a strong communication.

You are a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and able to convey ‘technical speak’ to business language to ensure you can support our internal teams. You have a strong ability to work with others and are adaptable when it comes to style and delivery.

Your strong project management and operational skills will ensure that you are able to see activities through end to end and are agile in your approach to work. As a seasoned HR professional you have a strong understanding of people practices which will ensure you are successful in delivering in this role. Experience in delivery of large scale projects, particularly HR Systems and CRM would be ideal.
