Enabling Functions brings this to life by working at the very heart of our business as innovators across all areas relating to people from Technology, Digital Services, Facilities, People & Culture, Legal Counsel and Finance. With stakeholders in offices all over the country, this role is flexible on location.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in our Enabling Functions People & Culture team your impact will be seen by:
Partnering with diverse stakeholders to understand and support complex business structures, in order to lead change with regards to delivering total talent solutions;
Using your labour market expertise to develop creative sourcing strategies which identify top talent in the market and build a competitive employer brand;
Providing advice on talent acquisition to support our business’ strategy and diversity milestones;
Creating and maintaining pipelines of talent for future roles based on forecasting and partnering with workforce planning;
You will lead a small team of recruiters and administrators, with a focus on quality and workforce planning.
About you
You have a background in end to end internal recruitment or are looking to move from a recruitment agency team leader role, to take on a more strategic, business aligned position. You are commercial and analytically focused to drive data driven recruitment decisions for your business.
Experience recruiting across a number of Corporate Services roles, such as Technology, Finance and Legal is desirable.
You will have advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and the ability to identify and talent pool talent candidates outside of traditional advertising methods. This role is a true business partner role and will be responsible for stakeholder management across your portfolio. Experience using WorkDay and exposure to global mobility, including visa and immigration requirements, would be advantageous.
You enjoy coaching and mentoring a team and comfortable managing remote relationships with your team and key stakeholders.
