Responsibilities
Helping to solve our clients’ most important problems, our Skilled Service Hub is a national onshore delivery centre based in Adelaide. Supporting PwC teams across Australia, the Skilled Service Hub provides capability at scale across digital technology, cyber, program delivery, risk operations and creative research to generate meaningful insights to build a more resilient Australia.

Staying ahead of the game on the latest management thinking and cutting edge technology, the team is broad and encompasses areas from talent acquisition, to human resources and more.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Skilled Service Hub, your impact will be seen by:
Working with a range of business stakeholders to set the Talent Engagement and recruitment strategy for the Skilled Service Hub;
Leading all project planning for talent acquisition activity including planning, campaign management, setting out key dates and timeframes to meet growth targets and operational project management;
Managing all governance and reporting requirements for talent acquisition for the Skilled Service Hub including headcount budget, and management reporting;
Leading the talent acquisition delivery team and oversee the delivery of all talent acquisition activity for the Skilled Service Hub;
Managing the execution of the strategy to deliver hiring targets for the Skilled Services Hub in Adelaide, which includes undergraduates, graduates, alternative pathways (eg. TAFE and other programs) and experienced hires;
Designing and deliver engagement campaigns in partnership with our marketing and employer brand team to position PwC at the front of career decisions of a diverse pool of graduates and those seeking alternative career pathways;
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads across the different Lines of Services to align key strategies and talent acquisition activities; utilizing our existing frameworks and specialist knowledge within the team to support the growth of the Skilled Service Hub;
Building, and managing relationships with key universities to promote PwC as a great place to work, including careers services, faculties and student societies;
Working with internal business, People & Culture and D&I teams to identify roles and opportunities for alternative sourcing, and build relationships with external partners to support alternative talent channels;
Managing and coordinating the onboarding process and working with key stakeholders and internal teams to deliver an exciting and effective onboarding and induction process.
Requirements
You are a highly effective project and stakeholder manager with a passion for people, identifying and engaging talent pools, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion. You bring experience in talent management and recruitment; with a background in managing complex projects and executing on volume recruitment campaigns.
You have experience working within a complex, matrix organization, and thrive working within a fast paced environment. You have a wealth of experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and prior experience in leading high performing teams.
You bring a wealth of knowledge of different talent sourcing channels, and the local Adelaide talent market. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence is critical to success in this role. You are a team player who thinks and acts in alignment with our values and most importantly a real passion for engaging and identifying pools of future talent for PwC.
