The Talent Acquisition Lead for the Consulting business is multifaceted with a high level of transformation and project management. The end goal is to optimise the TA function and service delivery whilst providing a seamless and high performing recruitment function through the use of selve serve, offshore and automation.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead in our People & Culture Consulting team your impact will be seen by:
Acting as an SME to the centralised function and support and embed new technology for Consulting to understand its usability and effectiveness in Consultings Talent Acquisition model. This role of SME will also include partnering with centralised functions such as Global Mobility, Early Careers / Campus recruitment and D,I&W for specialist recruitment focused areas to deliver on a holistic and end to end recruitment process.
Leading two high priority projects for Consulting which includes standing up Offshore to support on all levels of pipelining and candidate management alongside the onshore recruitment team. The implementation and standing up of Phenom People and other TA functionality that will improve candidate and recruiter experience and uplift business self serve. Embed and support the contingent workforce project and implementation of a new RPO to deliver contingent sourcing.
Leading an onshore and offshore TA team to deliver commercial, value adding services ensuring TA’s work in close collaboration with the business, understand their objectives and build trusted advisor relationships. You will provide a robust communication channel between the TA Function and key stakeholders e.g. People Partner, Industry leads, People & Culture Director, Workforce Solutions and Contractor Management. You will work closely with the centralised TA Lead to provide SME insights into TA automation.
Inspiring leadership of the TA Team to ensure effective execution of the Consulting People Experience and People Strategy. You will perform the role of Line and Team Leader for Consulting TA team, providing training and development, coaching, manage performance, interim and year end performance reviews as well as manage the process of recruiting staff into the TA team. You will also be a member of the Consulting People & Culture leadership team.
Drive recruitment and sourcing strategies across all industries and skill groups for our Consulting business.
Manage the end to end recruitment budget including mobility as well as supplier costs and partnering with the Finance team to ensure delivery is innovative yet commercial in approach.
Strategically partnering with suppliers and negotiating terms of business in line with our TA strategy and Consulting people agendas and ambitions.
Provide strategic insights and reporting to Consulting Leadership Team on recruitment and retention activities and strategy.

You have a background recruiting across multiple workforce types including contingent, experienced hires and campus, contributing to the strategic agenda and operationalising and delivering the strategy to senior stakeholders. You will be a strong people leader and collaborator with a vested interest in developing and growing individuals with the ability to build followership and not just manage a team on a tactical day to day work.
