As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Lead, Senior Manager you will report to the Head(s) of Talent Acquisition within People Solutions and join a team of TA Delivery Leads. Each TA Delivery Lead will be responsible for their own portfolio of UK hires, and work in close collaboration with each other to ensure a unified candidate and hiring manager experience related to talent acquisition activities. As a team, you will work together to enable agility in ways of working and ensure PwC’s competitiveness in the talent market through a focus on skills based recruiting.
Accountable for the recruitment delivery in your portfolio of hires, you’ll deliver diverse, qualified talent to the business through direct and indirect management of teams, tools and services and consultative business partnering.
Key Accountabilities
Talent acquisition specialist with expertise of the NI market to provide strategic leadership that will position PwC as the employer of choice for top NI talent
Ability to engage and motivate the talent acquisition team based in Belfast whilst drawing on the support of the national team
Work closely with People Directors and Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialists in the line of service to jointly design a recruitment delivery plan that supports access to the talent and skills required
Partner with other TA Delivery Leads within People Solutions to ensure best practice along with market insights are shared to achieve common goals
Responsible for the delivery of inclusive processes through the talent acquisition lifecycle (sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing and hiring), this includes contingent hire and global mobility services
Lead a team of recruiters responsible for the end – to-end management of the recruitment life cycle, focussed on delivering exceptional and inclusive hiring solutions, with the effective use of employer brand, attraction campaigns and direct sourcing
Facilitate the team-wide programme of recruiting, training and developing people within the delivery team, who will support day to day recruitment activities and maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance and accountability
Steer and challenge performance towards agreed KPI’s and coach and motivate the team on their customer focus, recruiting expertise and completion of performance objectives
Work closely with the Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialists, participate in the development of ongoing innovative, creative and cost effective routes to talent markets
Collaborate with the employer brand team to create and ensure successful outcomes from targeted attraction and engagement campaigns sponsored by the LOS aligned Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialists
Work with RPO and MSP partners to develop effective talent sourcing methods that enables recruiters to provide the business diverse, qualified candidate pools within appropriate time frames
Establish a relationship with outsource providers that encourages and ensures a “one team” approach that supports the business’ needs holistically
Actively review recruitment processes and seek continuous process streamlining, feeding ideas into the COE with opportunity to improve service delivery and a focus on cost-effective digital tools and automation
Day-to-day management of recruitment vendor partner relationships, driving significant reduction in cost per hire and time to hire
Responsible for enhancing, updating and streamlining all the recruitment documentation, such as job descriptions and interview templates
Ensure team and processes adhere to company policies and external compliance requirements such as Data Protection and GDPR for Europe
Work closely with the team to manage job postings efficiently and ensure candidate applications are managed effectively
Embed the use of market intelligence that enhances strategic and operational decision making and improves organisational performance
