As a Talent Acquisition Consultant in our Financial Advisory People and Culture team your impact will be seen by:
Partnering with diverse stakeholders to understand and support complex business structures, in order to lead change with regards to delivering total talent solutions
Using labour market expertise to develop creative sourcing strategies which identify top talent in the market and build a competitive employer brand
Providing advice on talent acquisition to support our business’ strategy and diversity milestones
Creating and maintaining pipelines of talent for future roles based on forecasting and partnering with workforce planning
About you
You have a background in end to end internal recruitment or looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position. You are commercial and analytically focused to drive data driven recruitment decisions for your business.
This position supports one of our fastest growing business in the firm. Experience recruiting in Tax or Deals structuring would be highly desirable in supporting this business to achieve its ambitious growth and diversity targets. You will have advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and the ability to identify and talent pool talent candidates outside of traditional advertising methods. As a true Talent Acquisition business partner your role will be responsible for end to end recruitment, contract preparation and stakeholder / candidate management across your portfolio. Experience using WorkDay and exposure to global mobility, including visa and immigration requirements, would be advantageous.
