As a Junior Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting our fastest growing Assurance businesses, your impact will be seen by:
Partnering with diverse stakeholders to understand and support complex business structures, in order to lead change with regards to total talent solutions
Using labour market expertise to develop creative sourcing strategies which identify top talent in the market and build a competitive employer brand
Providing advice on talent strategy to support our business’ strategy and diversity milestones
Creating and maintaining pipelines of talent for future roles based on business strategy and workforce planning
Amplifying our people value proposition and providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
About you
You have 1 to 3 years experience in end to end internal recruitment or are looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position. You are commercially and analytically minded, allowing you to influence through data-driven information and recruitment decisions. You are collaborative and a problem solver by nature, and most importantly, you act with care and integrity.

Being resourceful, resilient and values oriented, are all key to succeeding in this role. Any prior experience recruiting Finance roles within Commerce or Industry will be highly regarded, or alternatively any experience recruiting within a professional services environment would also be beneficial, but is not a prerequisite.
