In this role you will ensure the effective delivery of Talent Attraction (TA) operations across the firm. Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction, you will have direct accountability for significant pieces of our TA operations that enable TA specialists across the business to operate at the highest level in their respective talent markets and ensure outstanding candidate experiences.
Your impact will be seen by:
Leading and managing our third-party talent partner relationship. Ensuring all elements of the engagement are highly effective in their broad impact across our TA activities.
Working with external providers, internal stakeholders e.g. business recruitment leads and procurement to facilitate appropriate reviews and monitoring achievement of all agreed metrics across the various engagements
Ensuring TA systems are effective at enhancing the performance of the function, as well as supporting the implementation of new tools and systems.
Being a Functional SME for TA, collaborating with the Systems and Insights team to manage our TA systems. Interface locally and globally with TA teams to maximise system effectiveness for the Australian firm.
Champion enhancements, business requests and external developments to ensure that we maximise digital across TA and prioritise recruiting technologies
Facilitate the ongoing implementation of TA process improvements and the TA transformation roadmap. Working with TA communities across the firm, ensure ongoing effectiveness of all TA processes
Leading a small onshore team of operations and project recruitment specialists
A central point of contact for our business recruitment teams in operational effectiveness and day to day management of recruitment operations.
With the assistance of others, ability to translate data to insights and provide regular reporting to our CoE and business teams in relation to TA operations.
About you
You have a background in large scale TA teams and have had prior success working effectively with offshore partner’s. You have an exceptional TA systems and process improvement orientation and have delivered projects/initiatives related to Recruitment optimisation in the past. You are a natural change advocate, delivery focused who collaborates well to ensure success in a matrix environment.
