PwC Operate is seeking Technology Implementation Associates to join our rapidly growing Technology team based in Belfast. Our Technology teams are dedicated to researching, developing, testing, implementing and supporting innovative technology solutions for the wider PwC organisation and its clients and stakeholders. We are looking for Associates to take up the exciting opportunity to join our fast growing Finance Systems teams.
You will quickly learn, grow and develop into financial system implementation consultants and work on a variety of digital finance transformation projects across a portfolio of clients with a range of technologies.
We will provide you with the training and skills you need for our best practice transformation methodologies and specific Finance Transformation components which will provide you with a strong foundation for a career in this exciting growth space.
You will be able to effectively and efficiently manage the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements. You will also support transformation and change projects for our clients, who are predominantly within the financial services sector. As projects are typically carried out on client sites, our team member’s work from local, national and international locations for the duration of client engagements.
Essential Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with the following:
Minimum of 2:2 degree in a financial, technical or business related discipline
Interested in finance system implementation programmes
Interested in project managing a portfolio of client implementations
Interested in understanding of finance functions and good practice finance processes
Ability to write comprehensive reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Attention to detail
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders

Where will you be based?
The role will be based in Belfast; however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond for short, medium and long term periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered.
