As an Early Careers & Campus Recruitment – Associate i n our Early Careers & Campus Team , your impact will be seen by:
Supporting on the recruitment activity for one of PwC’s business units
Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, answering candidate questions, coaching to candidates and providing timely feedback.
Planning recruitment campaigns and assisting with their set up in our systems.
Supporting the national campus recruitment process, from receipt of a candidate’s application through to on-boarding.
Managing and tracking candidate applications and outcomes via our CRM system.
Shortlisting candidates at the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Assisting with the coordination of the selection process. This includes planning the interviews and final stage assessments, preparation of assessment materials and communication with interviewers, assessors and candidates where required.
Coordinating offer and onboarding process, including management of offers as required.
Timely and insightful reporting on campaign data to the business.
Identifying and developing initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and issues affecting the process, challenge current working practices and facilitate solutions.
Involvement in national campus recruitment projects as required.
About you
You are passionate about Graduate recruitment and/or have a degree in Human Resources and are skilled in data analysis, Excel, Google Suite.
