Our Talent Acquisition team knows it’s our people who are at the core of our business, and they’re zealous about attracting the best talent to build their unique careers at PwC. Partnering closely with our Canberra leaders, this role will support our fastest growing businesses to find and engage talent in their early careers and engage them with new challenges. In this role, you’ll be supported by experienced coaches and mentored by inspirational leaders who appreciate your value.
Responsibilities
As a PwC Ambassador on campus, you will plan and participate in virtual and onsite student events and activities – bringing to life our culture, purpose and student opportunities
Create and maintain candidate engagement by building relationships through events and the recruitment process, maintaining meaningful connectivity and supporting our people as they begin their PwC journey
Facilitating our bespoke induction and program experiences which enable our people to create long lasting networks and memories
Take ownership the onboarding process for our Canberra candidates, including relevant background checking processes and POC for candidate and business queries
Work closely with business leaders and Campus Program Managers to ensure a cohesive process across our Graduate, Vacationer, Trainee, and industry based learning programs, as well as market leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements

Experience within a campus recruitment, early careers or student society environment is highly desirable, enabling you to bring a fresh perspective to the role. Broder human resources, recruitment or project coordination experience will also be considered.
Confident and effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Solid analytical skills to support data interpretation and strong attention to detail, along with proficient Excel skills (or similar data analytics tools)
You show agility and resilience, supporting your team by working together to achieve common goals.
