The Role:

This newly created role of Talent Acquisition Specialist will advise and support the planning and delivery of recruitment across HQ and our amazing venues, providing guidance, and advising on best practice. The successful candidate will work closely with recruiting managers to agree recruitment needs, and identify creative solutions.

Location: We expect that the role will be based in our fantatsic central London office near Bank station or in one of our venues around 50% of the week, with the remaining time spent working from home.

Pay Range: £30,000 -£35,000

Reports to: Head of People

Key Responsibilities:

• Advice and guide recruiting managers in venues on best practice, systems and processes.
• Partner with recruiting managers in our HQ advising and supporting the full recruitment process.
• Champion equality and diversity at all times, and ensure our values are embedded in everything we do.
• Help build and develop our apprenticeship program.
• Manage relationships with agencies on hard-to-fill roles.
• Seek continuous improvement in our policy, processes and systems.
• Work with our brand and marketing team on building out our EVP.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and recruitment innovation.
• Ensure that recruitment policy and processes are legally compliant and applied and followed consistently.
• Facilitating training for new and experienced recruiting managers on processes and best practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• You’ll have experience of recruiting across HQ and customer facing functions.
• Hospitality or leisure recruitment experience a plus.
• Experience of managing an ATS.
• Excellent communication skills and all levels.
• Able to analyze recruitment data and produce reporting which supports decision making.
