We are growing, and adding a TA Business Partner to our team!

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Advises hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and other hiring selection criteria; collaborates with others throughout the organization ensuring a smooth process and meeting required business objectives
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
  • Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly with applicants and sell the company, the company’s culture, and the position
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events
  • Support special projects as needed for the Director of HR
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Represent Purpose Home Health in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service functions by answering applicants’ and employees’ requests and questions

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education or experience:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least three years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the home healthcare industry is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain partnerships and build trust with the corporate HR team as well as the Operations team
