The last year highlighted the challenges of being self-employed for many people – and we’re excited to be moving to a fully employed sales model which will give more certainty and security for everyone in the Purplebricks team. As well as all the usual employee benefits, our local agents will receive a highly competitive salary, uncapped commission, and still be able to work from home and benefit from flexible working.

Management Accountant

Joining Purplebricks as our new Management Accountant, you will be an integral part of our Finance function, working collaboratively with our already thriving team to ensure the ongoing efficiency of our internal projects and processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly dynamic team where you will have great exposure across the business.

This rould would suit a Management Accountant that has solid top 10 Accountancy firm experience and now looking to use their skills and provide an excellent service internally. If you thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, where you can take ownership and lead through change, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities will include

• Debtor reporting and analysis
• Assisting the team rebuilding processes and reporting
• Various ad-hoc project work
• Building and structuring revenue accounting process
• Ongoing Revenue accounting
• Month end accounting and reporting
• Working on data visualisation & self serve reporting

What are we looking for in a Management Accountant?

• Fully ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
• Experience working with one of the top 10 Accountancy firms would be ideal
• A hard working, committed individual that has a natural determination to deliver the “Gold Standard” of service
• The ability to drive continous improvement within the team, often leading by example
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
