Purosil LLC Hiring for Quality Engineer at Corona, CA Full Time

You will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality control, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

We are a solid team in need of an external compliance influencer. We are financially stable and supported by the resources of a medium-sized multinational parent company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of the production process to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and operations, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze product quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints and product returns to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection s, and non-conformance issues.
• Train and educate employees on quality control standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and suggest process improvements.
• IATF 16949 ISO9000 AS9100 ISO14000 experience useful BUT NOT essential.
• Ownership of PPAP process.

Our Team

Our Company is in Corona, CA and Belgaum, India. You will collaborate with production, shipping and receiving, and administrative plus external resources. You will work as a member of a team ing the Operation Manager.

You Should Bring

• Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Industrial Engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools, and quality manufacturing processes
• Math skills
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stress.
• Dual Language (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to be customer facing.
• IATF 16949 ISO9000 AS9100 ISO14000 experience useful BUT NOT essential.

We Need Your Experience to Include

• Four-year college degree (B.S.). Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering is a plus.
• Six Sigma training

Salary Range $70,000 – $80,000
