Pure Wellness Chiropractic Hiring for Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Full Time

Our center is located at 601 Junction Road, Suite 5 Madison, WI.

We are a pediatric and family wellness-based chiropractic center. We strive to empower everyone towards wellness. It is our mission to empower everyone through specific chiropractic care so that they can do the things they wish to do. Our office is seeking energetic, friendly, and compassionate individuals to be part of our dynamic team. We will serve a lot of families and kids, so applicants must like being in that environment. This job will be challenging but will most importantly be lots of fun. No experience in a related field is required.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

● greeting patients/clients with a welcoming smile and amazing hospitality

● assisting doctor with patient needs, notes, and dictation

● answering phones with a smile

● collecting and applying payments

● patient scheduling

● planning events, both in-house and external

● sending and receiving important health-related emails

● ordering supplies, products/inventory

● insurance verification and billing

● occasional travel to training or weekend seminars/events

● some weekend hours may be required (advanced notice given) other duties as required

Additional information about the position:

• The schedule is: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and Tuesday 2p-6p
• No experience necessary in health or medical; we will train on all aspects of this position. Must have a positive attitude, a hospitable personality, and a willingness to learn and grow. Starting pay is negotiable. We are seeking to fill this position ASAP.
