The Talent and Operations Specialist brings passion, and a mindset focused on continuous growth and development; is grateful for opportunities to work with others and expand their knowledge and perspectives; operates with a positive and optimistic attitude and is collaborative and team oriented.
The Specialist works with leadership, the doctors and teammates to ensure proper support for practice operations. They present ideas for process improvement and proactively communicate with offices to promote clear and consistent messaging related to front office and operational effectiveness.
In addition, the Specialist sets the standard and role models superior service to achieve an exceptional patient experience demonstrated through responsiveness, kindness, and sensitivity to patient needs.
