Pure are working with a growing organisation based in Southend On Sea, who are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Performance Coach. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and guide our the sales teams to deliver outstanding customer sales experiences.
• Identify and address skill gaps within individuals and teams, fostering development and sales and service excellence.
• Conduct interactive role-playing activities to enhance interpersonal skills like negotiation and objection handling skills in a regulated environment.
• Organise engaging classroom-style seminars focusing on product features and advanced sales techniques.
• Coordinate regular training sessions to ensure ongoing growth.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to established team members in collaboration with managers.
• Maintain accurate records of training completion and analyse data to understand individual and team performance trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Performance Coach or in a similar role
• Demonstrate previous sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient in analysing performance data and utilising digital tools for effective training.
• Familiarity with creating engaging and immersive learning experiences for individuals and groups.
• Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
