To ensure the business’s HR practise are in line with legislation and the employees and Managers are supported in the business, they are now looking for an experienced and self-driven Group HR Advisor to join their busy teams (your time will be split between High Wycombe and Andover).
Group HR Advisor, your role:
Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
Identifying development needs and suggesting new HR technology solutions
Managing staff relationships – responding to any queries that they may have and managing their expectations
Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods
Overseeing all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
Supporting the Line Managers with various capability investigations (grievance/disciplinary)
Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives
Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
Recruitment: updating Job Descriptions; monitoring key recruitment metrics; advising Managers on recruitment and selection strategies; assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns and training on candidate interview evaluation techniques; coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
Integrating of High Wycombe and Andover sites to work for common goals
Group HR Advisor, the person:
Minimum level 3 CIPD qualified (Level 5 would be desirable)
2 years proven work experience in a similar HR advisory role
Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
Proactive and efficient with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
Hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems
Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities
Practical and logical – able to solve problems quickly
