If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to get your teeth into a busy role supporting both the growth and the day-to-day recruitment of our Central Support functions within PureGym, then we may have your perfect next step.
We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the business, initially on a 14-month fixed-term contract, with scope for longer-term opportunities. This role is a combination of home and office-based work, so you will need to be able to commute to our office in Central London as well as be flexible to travel to other PureGym offices in Leeds or Southampton as needed.
In this role, you will be a recruitment partner for senior managers in our corporate centre to source and recruit the best talent for their teams. You will support a range of departments across our offices in London, Leeds and Southampton across Finance, IT, Commercial, Marketing, People, Member Services and Property.
From effective advert writing and advising on appropriate advertising channels through to supporting with interview and assessment design, you will offer hands-on to support through the entire process and keep an outstanding candidate experience at the heart of what you do.
While the ambition is to hire the majority of our new joiners directly, you will also engage with our agency partners to ensure a seamless process and that our terms of business are adhered to.
To take on this role, you will need:
- A demonstrable background in managing the recruitment process for a range of positions in a head office environment.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
- The ability to engage and influence at all levels through the relationships you build.
- To be passionate about the candidate experience and its impact and importance to a brand.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, and engaging copywriting skills.
- A good head for numbers and data, able to measure progress effectively through KPIs.
