Pure Gym Hiring for HR Advisor Job at Remote Full Time

As a result of an internal promotion, we are currently looking for an HR Advisor to support HR Operations for our gyms in the West of the UK.
You will report to the Head of HR and will work closely with a small network of HR and Development Managers, HR Advisors and Administrators to ensure good communication, support and best practices are shared across the divisions.
You will play a key role supporting a variety of day-to-day tasks including short-term absence management, minor ER cases and probation management. Working closely with the HR Managers and Head of HR, you will play an active part in ensuring invitations, note-taking and correspondence around all ER activity is managed correctly and with the highest attention to detail. You will also own the flexible working request process, escalating to the HR Managers and Head of HR as needed.
With retention as a key strategic focus, you will support the agenda by conducting induction check-ins with new starters, upskilling managers in probation extension and failure conversations and conduct exit interviews to gather robust qualitative data in this space.
Management information and other data sources are critical to driving effective decision making and ensuring focus on the right areas, so keeping this information up-to-date and distributed accurately and regularly will also form a key part of the role. You will also own the Right to Work process ensuring complete compliance across the data stored.
To take on this role, you will need experience in a generalist HR support, or advisory position in a fast-paced, ideally multi-site environment.
You will have solid organisational and administrative skills, able to prioritise a busy workload effectively. Excellent attention to detail is essential in this role too, so the ability to work accurately, at pace, is crucial.
Given the responsibilities within the role around supporting ER case management, a knowledge of employment law and other relevant legislation such as GDPR would be highly beneficial.
The role will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, and so strong communication and relationship-building skills will work in your favour as you support colleagues on a range of HR matters and be a positive ambassador for the People team.
