About the role
People are at the heart of our business – finding the right people can be challenging but it’s mission critical! We’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us to be our recruitment expert.
Partnering with the hiring managers across the UK & European business, you’ll deliver an exceptional recruiting services through proactive and innovative talent attraction and assessment. You’ll be a true brand ambassador for Pure Electric, providing an amazing candidate experience and shouting from the rooftops about the great opportunities here.
What you’ll do:

• Manage a vacancy list of 8-10 specialist HQ & Engineering vacancies;
• Partner with Recruiting Managers to understand their current and future hiring needs, providing a seamless hiring service across the business
• Fully immerse yourself in the business, ensuring you are best placed to recommend the right hiring decision based on the team and business objectives,
• Working with hiring teams to develop effective and appropriate assessment and interview processes for each position (including interview documents, testing and assessment stages)
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to help build a diverse pool of talent, focusing on direct hiring first
• Use different proactive sourcing methodologies and channels to connect and attract the very best talent
• Utilise digital channels such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor to actively promote Pure as an Employer of choice, helping to build our employer brand
• Manage recruitment agency partner, ensuring alignment on terms, goals and performance. Support managers with briefing roles and managing agency candidates
• Provide regular insight and reporting data on key talent metrics such as time and cost per hire, candidate NPS, pipeline quality, etc to management on a monthly basis
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding experience for all new hires including contact with new hires, supporting and coaching managers to provide the best start at Pure
• Organise and facilitate the company induction program, working with stakeholders across the business to deliver a engaging and insightful introduction
• Support managers with relevant training, ensuring we offer a fantastic candidate experience

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable high performing recruitment experience working in a fast paced, start-up business. We’re open to candidates coming from either an in-house or agency background;
• Proven experience of managing specialist vacancies, working within tight time constraints;
• Understands how to leverage different sourcing methodologies effectively;
• Proven experience of focusing on direct hiring and reducing agency reliance;
• Previous experience of managing and improving recruitment processes;
• Good grasp of analytics and data insight relating to recruitment
• Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership for their role and can work autonomously within a small People team;
• Clear and articulate communicator that has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with people from diverse backgrounds with a strong influencing skills;
• An ability to solve problems, think creatively and be resilient and adoptable to change;
• Hands on approach as you will be the point of contact and subject matter expert for hiring at Pure Electric;
• Exceptionally collaborative and a true team player who can lean into supporting all aspects of the People experience as required;
• Deeply passionate about people, talent and culture.

What we’d love you to have but isn’t essential:

• Experience in D2C or eCommerce is highly beneficial;
• Experience of managing and improving onboarding and induction processes
• An interest or passion for Micromobility, sustainability or tech so you can get really excited about our products and our mission!
