The Staff Accounting Associate is responsible for assisting with general accounting tasks across all functional areas of the business. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily reconciliations of bank deposits
  • Daily reconciliations of credit card charges
  • Ensure shipping bills are entered with correct accounting code and assigned to appropriate location.
  • Process refund receipts and credit memos for all locations
  • Monthly count reconciliation
  • Record cash and check deposits and monitor daily cash reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
