Administrative And Accounts Assistant
About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Office/Finance administrator to join our office in Mount Kuring Gai. You will be accountable for a variety of administrative and finance related tasks. The company was established in 1985.

This is a full-time role five days per week – 8am to 5pm.

Your key tasks will include (but not limited to):

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Meet & greet Clients
• Maintain HR records
• Account reconciliations
• Payment of Invoices
• Trust Account management

To be a successful candidate, you will have the following:

• Experience with Xero accounting, MYOB desirable.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner.
• The ability to manage time and prioritise effectively in consideration of deadlines.
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• The ability to multitask.
