YOUR MISSION
-
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and providing technical support across the entire company (this may be in person, onsite or over the phone)

Help maintain integrity, security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment for retail stores and office locations

Participate in the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages
-
Support and implement global IT policies, procedures, and best practice. This includes program and operation documentation and user training / support

Identify and resolve causes of software and hardware malfunctions and organise repairs or replacements as needed
-
Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution
-
Stay abreast of leading-edge software and hardware solutions
YOUR TALENT
-
Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or IT related subjects
-
Minimum 2 years IT experience with infrastructure & network, IT systems and management
-
A great team player with excellent communication skills and spoken English
-
Familiar with Retail / Wholesale business processes with a focus on Retail IT
-
Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows / Azure / Office 365, iOS, AD, Retail Pro / POS, LAN / WAN, Meraki / Cisco
-
Self-motivated & enthusiastic with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to travel interstate when required

Knowledge of security systems and CCTV
