Remote/Work-From-Home Cardiology Technologist (Cardiac Tech) Job description

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reading/interpreting Holter Tests that have been performed in our office. This a a position that can be carried out from anywhere in Canada, but BC is preferred, or Western Canada in order to be in a similar timezone as us for Urgent results etc.

We are located in Victoria, BC

· Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training and Experience

Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT) certification as a Cardiology Technologist from a recognized Cardiology Technologist program at the diploma level, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills And Abilities

• Prioritize and organize work.
• Type 45 wpm
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Deal with others effectively.
• Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

· Demonstrate composure during urgent situations

· Demonstrates personal integrity.

· Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision

Wage

· Dependent on Education and certification – if fully certified, starting wage can be expected to be at least $30 per hour and could be higher depending on experience.
