As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for PubMatic, you will hold a pivotal position in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to propel our ongoing growth and success.

In this strategic role, you will lead and drive the global talent acquisition function, collaborating closely with our Senior Vice President, Human Resources, to craft and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with our core business objectives and leverage our strong employer brand to develop pipelines of top talent for current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, who possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the full life cycle recruiting process, using recruiting analytics to provide meaningful insights to senior leadership and leveraging technology to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and strategic goals.
• Create and maintain programs to drive key talent pipelines into the organization.
• Transform existing recruiting process and programs into industry leading initiatives.
• Partner with senior business leaders to ensure stakeholder feedback on recruiting process and implement changes for long-term success.
• Analyze current processes to identify both best practices and opportunities for efficiencies.
• Align people and process solutions with the appropriate technology solutions, optimizing the candidate experience.
• Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.
• Create training programs for hiring managers and interviewers to increase the quality of hires and reduce time to fill.
• Manage a team of global recruiters and relationships with agencies across EMEA, APAC / India, and North America.
• Promote inclusive sourcing and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software.
• Expand the capabilities of our current ATS system (Success Factors).

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role
• Expert knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment; demonstrated expertise sourcing, recruiting, and placing talent from a multi-source pipeline.
• Results-driven, resourceful, able to manage changing hiring priorities and demands.
• Proven success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Exceptional relationship building capabilities and experience developing trusted partnerships with business leaders.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring a global team of recruiters.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Base Salary Range : $245,000-280,000

In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role.

The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

In addition to salary, PubMatic also offers a bonus and a competitive benefits package.
