PublicSq Current Job Openings Hiring for Senior Recruiter at United States Full Time

PublicSq. is preparing for significant growth and looking for its first internal recruiter as we prepare to scale. This isn’t just a “sort-the-inbound-resumes” gig as we’re looking for someone to truly partner with the management team to help fill roles with the best of the best. Business acumen, headhunting skills, and start-up experience a must. We’re looking for a recruiter who understands what a best-in-class internal recruiting function looks like and has demonstrated experience.

The Job

• Help create a best-in-class recruiting function
• Partner with managers to help them build their teams
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Requirements

• Smart
• Proven work experience as an in-house Recruiter (agency-only experience NOT a fit)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
