As an On-boarding & Operations Coordinator within Talent Acquisition team, you will specifically act as a bridge between Recruitment & the wider people teams, ensuring a smooth transition for (permanent) new hires. You will be supporting the Onboarding & Operations Lead and your key responsibilities will include contract creation & follow up, background check initiation, visa & relocation coordination and facilitation of all pre-start onboarding initiatives and the admin associated with it. This role is pivotal to the new hire candidate experience. You will be the one of the main point of contacts for the new hires between the contract and 1st day at the company stage.
As an integral part of the People Team, you will have highly engaged interactions with the wider hiring team, your peers, as well as stakeholders within the business and wider business (globally), directly contributing to the overall success of the team.
In this role you will work very closely with the Talent Acquisition Onboarding & Operations Lead who will provide direction on the overall candidate experience & recruiting performance strategy. This role will involve delivering this strategy by working collaboratively across the business, in accordance with agile methods & principles.
