Job Description
The PMO is a key part of Publicis Sapient’s Talent Acquisition team responsible for supporting the operational performance of the delivery teams. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist role will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition, Capacity Planning, and Legal teams, amongst others, to help ensure we provide an excellent service, with candidate and client experience at the center.
As the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will manage systems / platforms, including process improvements, both at the systems level and rolling out & training the Talent Acquisition teams. You’ll be the day-to-day point person and problem solver for all Talent Acquisition systems and platforms, including but not limited to our applicant tracking system – SmartRecruiters.
You’ll be passionate about data, people process and systems, with an excellent eye for detail and communication style to back up the collaborative approach to work we have.
