• Prompt and efficient handling of all supplier/staff/client queries
• Management of Agency queries
• Preparation and management of all month end AP functions and supplier reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance to all AP processes and initiate improvements as required
• Ensure team draft invoices with appropriate approvals prior to month end deadlines
• Ensure team process all staff expense claims against weekly timetable
• Payment of inter company and overseas suppliers are within guidelines and on time.
• Matching and maintenance of Purchase Order System and Process
• Ensure the team manage all filing requirements both written and online as appropriate.
• Advice and support agency and AP teams with Talent payments management
• Support all Audits
• Liaise with ERP teams to implement enhancements and/or resolve system or process issues
• Work with GL teams on ATO payments

Experience/Qualifications

• 3 or more years or more of Previous experience in senior AP role
• Worked in a fast paced high volume AP role will be a benefit
• Previous experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage

Knowledge

• Knowledge of SAP and Pegasus system is desirable
• Understanding of accounting entries

Skills (including technology)

• Sound knowledge of Excel
• Sound oral and written communication skills
• Keen eye to detail

• Strong attention to detail within an high transactional environment across multiple agencies
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral form to ensure queries are understood and resolved within timeframes
• Ability to influence suppliers on process improvement and change management projects as appropriate
