Job Description

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join Publicis Groupe’s Media practice, hiring for a number of our media and performance marketing needs, across all levels and disciplines.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support the Media practices for Publicis Media, sourcing the best talent in the market for agencies, including Starcom, Spark Foundry, and Zenith UK.

Talent Resourcer responsibilities include using the optimal blend of channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to identify, engage, and assess talent for the departments you’re supporting. You’ll be naturally inquisitive with problems solving mindset to help, with the most challenging hire to ensure we deliver on ‘what good looks like’.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partners in the delivery of identifying best in class talent to the business
• Join briefing meetings with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand the needs of hiring managers and department heads
• Use the appropriate channels and methods for sourcing/mapping candidates based on business needs
• Developing more complex sourcing techniques for those hard to fill roles
• Use relevant/modern techniques for candidate outreach to engage the best in class people for our business
• Assess candidates thoroughly against the brief and selling the opportunity based on their needs. This will enable you to add valuable insight to each candidate submitted to the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring manager
• Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively and passively seeking a new position
• Increasing candidate base through referrals
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Collaborate closely throughout the process with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers
• Build up comprehensive knowledge and intelligence of where the best talent in the market could be found through competitor, market analysis and relevant event attendance
• Use this to build out relevant talent pools / pipelines based on business needs
• Begin to cultivate a data / insights driven approach to what we do, using this to help influence the right hiring decisions and make the right strategic plays for talent pooling
• Develop strong internal relationships, as well as longer terms candidate associations through strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly understand longer-term hiring needs and immediate job briefs
• A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
• Eager to show your sourcing ability when let loose on an open role
• A problem-solving mind set with a desire to grow these skills
• Track record of building positive, strong working business relationships
• An enthusiastic team player contributing to a positive work environment
• Excellent PowerPoint knowledge, and able to create decks to present candidate information
• Drive and flexibility for working in an ever-changing environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to contribute to an environment of stability in an ever-changing landscape
• Capable of making your voice and ideas heard in a busy, blended and bustling team
• Solid interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills (written and verbal)
