As the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for our entry level, internship and apprenticeship positions. You will be reporting into the Head of Early Careers and will also work alongside the recruitment marketing team to feed into our early careers talent brand strategy as well as partner with our Early Career Programme Lead to support program management.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly formed Early Careers team which we are actively growing in order to significantly increase our representative entry level population – attracting inclusively so that talented individuals spanning a variety of backgrounds are drawn to work here, develop here, and have a meaningful career at Publicis Media. You will contribute to newly emerging strategy as well as have the opportunity to design and build early careers recruiting and selection processes from infancy.

• Experience recruiting and selecting for early careers talent in a high volume environment
• Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stake holders in a global business, responsiveness is key
• Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships
• The presence and personality to make your voice and ideas heard in a busy, blended and bustling team, having the confidence to push yourself out of your comfort zone
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
