Job Description

Publicis Groupe has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their team.

As a member of our internal recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent for our media agencies across the Publicis Groupe, –Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith, PerformicsMercerbell, PGSK.

We are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

The opportunity:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for junior level roles, creating innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to bring the best talent to each role, from both within the Groupe and from the wider external talent community
• Be a superstar support for the Talent Managers to innovatively meet the evolving needs of our fast-paced, cutting edge business
• Provide a best in class candidate experience, our team is often described as high-touch and we strive to maintain this reputation in market
• Develop and execute sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management & key cross-functional stakeholders internally
• Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
• Provide administration support for the Talent Team including maintaining the Applicant Tracking System and databases.
• Work with your Talent Managers on implementation of assigned EVP strategies for the Talent Acquisition team
