Talent Attraction Manager (Inside IR35)

Contract Term: Until Mid-June 2021

Do you have a background in Talent Attraction, managing large scale complex projects? Are you comfortable in dealing with Senior Stakeholder management? Are you familiar with recruitment marketing? UKRI are recruiting a Talent Attraction Manager on a 9 months interim mat cover. This role falls inside IR35.

As Talent Attraction Manager, your main responsibilities would be:

· Proactively support, lead, and implement strategies that connect, engage, and attract diverse future talent to UKRI

· Working within the UKRI HR team, you will champion new ways of working and implement new tools and processes ensuring UKRI are best placed to engage and attract the right people at the right time

· Offer leading advice and implement multiple attraction strategies that meet the customer’s needs.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

· A recruitment environment, managing project work

· Recruitment marketing

· Diversity & Inclusivity

· Stakeholder management
