In June 2018 AMS went live with the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) Framework which enables Government Departments & Public Sector Organisations (Contracting Authorities) to contract with PSR.

The Framework offers a direct delivery model, utilising AMS’ experience of proactive sourcing and talent pooling contingent talent across numerous skill sets & locations. PSR delivers significant cost savings, worker compliance and enhanced MI for these Authorities

To date PSR works with over 120 contracting authorities and manages over 21,000 workers on behalf of the Public Sector. This is set to grow as more authorities join the framework.

To facilitate this growth, we are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team to help support the hiring communities across these contracting authorities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will;

• Attend Hiring Manager briefings, provide market intel and work to tight timeframes to find the best contractors in the market, using a wide range of sourcing tools and advertising channels
• Work in collaboration with your recruitment partner to deliver an excellent service to your customers and candidates, within tightly managed KPIs.
• Have the opportunity to work within an incredibly dynamic, diverse and knowledgeable team where there is ongoing support and training provided
