Public Sector Resourcing Hiring for Resourcing and Talent Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Role: Resourcing and Talent Manager (inside IR35)

Contracting Authority: Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

This role is Supporting both the Resourcing Manager and team in the delivery of all resourcing activity to ensure vacancies across the organisation are filled in a timely manner, whilst having a key focus on our Talent activity.

As a Resourcing and Talent Manager your main responsibilities would be

• Supporting our resourcing team with all aspects of the recruitment cycle ensuring we are able to deliver the high volume of campaigns, fulfilling vacancies across the organisation.
• Support to the Resourcing Manager with key project areas critical to the business
• Growth of our IPM offering and a focus on Talent across the organisation in particular new Talent to the organisation such as apprenticeships and Grad Schemes
• Creation and implementation of career pathways and frameworks.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Extensive knowledge of the full recruitment cycle
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong Stakeholder management and relation building skills
• Talent management experience including new talent programmes such as apprenticeships and grad schemes
• Ideally experience in Volume recruitment
• Creative talent strategies
